Create and manage accounts. Roles: admin (full control), member (view + verify controls), auditor (view + audit log, read-only otherwise). "Generate reset token" issues a one-time, one-hour password reset token for a locked-out user — shown once, never stored in the clear.
Complete, append-only, hash-chained record of every action. Viewing this log is itself logged.
A formal record that a human reviewed the log — distinct from the chain integrity check above, which only confirms the log hasn't been tampered with. Available to admin and auditor roles.
Give this to the user directly (not by unencrypted email). It expires and works once. It will not be shown again — generating a new one, or the user redeeming it, invalidates this one.
